Annual subscription rates for the current volume (Volume 43, Fall 2007 through Summer 2008) are $730 for institutional subscribers and $210 for individuals. Subscribers outside the US please add $10 for postage. The individual rate, which must be prepaid by personal check, is offered as a courtesy rate to students, independent scholars, retirees, and others who do not have the benefit of institutional support. Single issues are available for $190. The current volume may be obtained in microfilm from UMI, 300 North Zeeb Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48106. Back issues are also available.
